Also do a hard reset, take the positive terminal cable off the battery and touch it to the negative terminal for 5 seconds.
You will have to reset the window travel by sitting in the car with the doors closed, run the front windows down and hold the switch until you hear a click, run them up and do the same, I always do it twice.

I took the car to Advance Auto and had the battery checked. The battery checked out fine with a full load. Actually the battery looks like a pretty new one. They scanned the car and it came up P1000. I then did a hard restart by disconnecting the battery. The traction control light and the stability warning light went off. Still have ABS and airbag light on. Need to figure out how to remove passenger airbag cover to check to see if there is an airbag. There is a small crack on the airbag cover

It looks like someone has attempted troubleshooting the issues recently and cleared any DTC's. You would always hope to see P1111 (indicating all OnBoard monitoring tests complete) and I understand this is a requirement in many states to pass emissions testing.
I don't like the sound of any physical damage to the airbag. It could be faulty or even worse, compromised in the event of an accident.
