Does anyone make a 180 degree header for the 1997 4.0 XK8? Secondly has anyone put a V12 in one?

I thought this was a strange question, then I saw your name...

 

I have a 1997 XK8 convertible and it is great and in very good condition and I am not interested in changing it at all, but, I have access to a 1998 convertible with a great body and interior but the engine no so much. The 180 degree headers do make a small difference in horsepower but their effect on the sound of the engine is dramatic. If we have to change engines the headers would be an interesting addition. The other though is that to get the sound correct an extra 4 cylinders would be a better, albeit more expensive solution if it is at all possible. The 98 is nice enough to warrant the effort, but I'm open to any other suggestions.
