Thanks Paul for posting the spreadsheet contents. Although I'm running Office 2010 Pro, I did save the spreadsheet as an Excel 97-03 wotkbook. Likewise, I saved the pdfs at Acrobat 6.0 compatible. So, not sure what happened to the spreadsheet. Cheers for that.

I opened the xls File with Microsoft Word 2003 and then used Print Screen to get a screen image on the Clipboard. Then I pasted it into ifranview and cropped and saved as a jpeg.
