Default XK8 Shock Absorbers

The shock absorbers on my XK8 need replacement. I would prefer to replace the Bilsteins with a softer shocks as I do most of my travel on Australian country roads. Any suggestions?

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to XK8/XKR forum. Several members here with the same model have fitted aftermarket shock absorbers and will be able to help.

In my reply to your Intro I asked you to add vehicle details to your Signature .......

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...uality-148300/ (see post #4)

....... this is particularly relevant with the XK8/XKR where there's significant differences between the early 4.0 litre and later 4.2 litre models with active suspension.

I just installed Bilsteins and mounts all around in my 98 xk8.
Put on a set of all season G-Max AS 03 tires instead of performance and the ride is super comfy, yet holds the corners well.

Other than Bilsteins and Konis, I haven't heard of any other brands. Certainly none that were adjustable.
