The Up! has a mighty 75hp 3-cylinder engine, so 0-60 should be about 13 seconds... downhill with a tail wind I will be able to:

- take it out in the rain
- transport 4 passengers
- average about 60 mpg
- park in town centres (this is Europe, remember...)

However, I'm not kidding myself. I've just spent an hour on eBay looking at this :

I never trust anything with three cylinders.

Somehow, it seems "unnatural".

The UP! has a lot of space for it's size but it does not average nowhere near 60mpg not even during highway only trips.

In London i get 32-33mpg very disappointing!!

All things gasoline meant to move humans work best when the number of cylinders is divisible by 2. I know this first hand, I owned a BSA 441 thumper once. And all you German 5-cylinder fans can just calm down please.

Give in Frog and stay with us.
