Default Xkr tensioners parts numbers

Hi, I have just for the receipt for the replacement tensioners in my car. They were done in 2004 and the numbers are JNCA2017BE
JNCA1995AF and
JNCA2017AF.
I had the car booked in for a tensioner update in July but finding the receipt has got me wondering if it’d be a waste of money. The car has only done 13000 miles since the update.
I can’t find parts numbers anywhere and I want to confirm the parts fitted to my car are metal instead of plastic.
thanks for your anticipated help.
Brian

I'm presuming your car is an early MY?

Those part numbers (less the 'J' prefix) are shown as far back as 1999, and have all been superseded.

I guess it depends on whether they actually fitted those parts or were automatically given the updated items by the supplier. My 2004 reman. motor has metal, but there may have been old stock items still around at that time.

The only way to be certain is to lift the cam covers. Even with only 13,000 intervening miles, replace them if they are plastic-bodied.
