Talking Hello!

My name is Brian Thompson and I live in Huntsville AL or Huntsvegas as we jokingly refer to it. I drive a 2003 XType 2.5. Ive put lowering springs and new wheels on it, cleaned up the bay and added some subs, amp and a touch screen Pioneer head unit. Ive done a complete LED swap (minus headlights) and im in the process of trying to get the cat lower to the ground, which im finding out is easier said than done. Eventually I would like to go to an air ride setup but I think im going to wait until I trade/sell my saloon and get an estate. I had heard the Mazda 3's share a similar suspention setup so i was hoping that a coilover setup for the 3 would fit my XType. The rears are adjustable on them unlike the KW's for the XType but thats for another post.

I run a small paint and custom shop out of my garage called Custom Shift Covers Alabama. I am working on a website now but there is a link to the facebook page on my profile. I mainly do custom carved and hand painted shift knobs as well as wheel repair and refinishing, parts painting, and headlight modification, repair, and lens refinishing. This is more of a hobby than an actual job, it pays for my "car addiction" as my wife affectionately calls it lol! Below are some pics of my Jaguar. My "real world" job is Pro Sales at The Home Depot.

Welcome.

Not a fan of the X, but that does look rather cool.

Well done.

Hello, Brian,
I like cats a little lower slung that stock too. Anyone who has seen a cat in Stealth Mode understands this. Jaguars shouldn't look like they're tip toeing across water of something.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
