took the day to replace the seat covers. Pleased with the outcome - still have a few tweaks to tighten them up a bit but very pleased with the topsonline product!! The only dislike is that none of the holes were cut - so although I tried - the cuts are not as perfect as I would have liked. Some before & after pics

I can see why you wanted the covers, they really make a difference and looks like a good fit. Glad to see another update / improvement to a Jag XK

Worlds better.

I've never done it, but as I understand a heat gun and a little massaging should get the wrinkles out.

Charlie - thanks & still have a few tweaks to make so will try the heat gun approach

Dan - the weather and the drive were great!! Need to set up another gathering for the JSSC and SC forum members - will keep you posted.

Jim, Graham - thanks - now I know why upholstery places charge so much as it was a pain to install but definitely worth it.

What an improvement, well done. Parking in the sun, top down, and a bit of leather conditioner will help with the wrinkles too.

Sun is out today, I think I will skip out of work early and go drive mine.

Man, I've got to do those- on my list. My driver's seat left bolster almost looks that bad. Well done and looks good!

Thanks Chris - word of advice - get a few extra of the small metal clips - the procedure I had says there are 32 per seat back but mine had maybe 12 and I found a TB that referenced 15 - so that may help in getting a nice tight fit. The PN is JET100009 - spring clip
Thanks Ikon

Bill - thanks for the link - yeah someone else mentioned taking a heat gun to the leather - it has been in the 80's here so I've been dropping the top and letting it bake - which has helped a bit - not as effective as the heat gun but will try that in the next week or so
