I have a customer's series 3 with a noisy power steering. It's very audible from 0:11 to 0:14
It’s an oil whizzing/gurgling noise when the steering is under load (even at idle speed) which I believe could be the steering rack assembly (but could also be the pump) and I thought I'd ask in the forum on the chance that some of you have seen this issue before.

It’s only audible from inside the car. When outside, the engine noise drowns it which makes it difficult to tell if it's the rack assembly or the pump.
