Default 2020 F Pace rear hatch won't go down with FOB or buttons

I wasn't sure if I should open a different thread here after jump starting my 2020 F Pace. I had to crawl inside and manually unlatch/lift the rear hatch to get to the battery. Now the car is running and it seems my FOB hatch button will not close it. tried buttons on dash as well.
I hear 3 beeps and it just looks at me!. I'm sure i can manually close it but am afraid because I don't wanna have to crawl inside again like before to open it as my knees won't take it..

Dead battery causes hatch and auto up windows to forget where they are. I believe there are instructions in the owners manual on how to reset these.
Hatch is a simple power open then close manually. After that it should work.
Auto up is lower windows fully then raise them fully then hit the up a couple-4 times. Auto down and auto up should work after that.

Thanks for the help! I found the simplest answer late yesterday. I manually shut it and then all the buttons & FOB for the hatch now work fine.
