Activity key doesn’t work...

Activity key doesn’t work...
Hey guys, while i’ve had my F-Pace for some time, only now Ive decided to try the activity key. But I quite simply can’t get it to work. Holding the wristband on the “J” on the back doesn’t do anything even after repeated attempts. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
