Blown 35t 2017 S
Welcome to the forums Paldi,
The description 'seized' covers a lot of possibilities from timing failure to a rod hanging out of the side of the block.
The easiest and most cost effective solution would be fitting a good 'used' motor of the identical specification. To rebuild as a DIY project is very expensive in parts alone and a professional rebuild would inevitably make the project considerably more costly than buying a good vehicle instead. Another complication is Jaguar inventory has never recovered since the pandemic lockdown and more parts are becoming unavailable.

I see used 35t motors on eBay for about $8,000 with 50k miles or so. $11,000 for "stage 2" rebuilt motors. I'm wondering what it might cost for labor?

If I was to ask the dealer to put the car up on a lift, would the underside of the motor and transmission be visible or is there a splash tray of some sort that needs to be removed first?
There's a lot of bolts but it only takes around ten minutes to remove it:
