Cool Media Stick Playlists not recognized

Has anyone found a solution to this. I've not had this issue on other makes with USB inputs. My 2017 F-Pace will recognize all the tracks but will not recognize the playlists. I'm really not interested in listening to random songs so this function for me is useless without being able to play playlists. Please help if you are a tech guru because I've called tech support and the have no idea what to do. In this day and age I'll be honest, it's a little surprising to me no one has made a big deal out of this yet..... Other than that..... Love my Jag!!

Welcome to the forum drlafon,

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to F-Pace forum. Members here with the same model should be able to help.

If you built your playlist using iTunes and exported as an M3U,file, it should work. This did for me.
