Default New 2021 F Pace With Many Issues

Hi, I have had my new F Pace for three months. The radio works randomly. The Interactive Voice System randomly works. The phone works for outgoing calls but not incoming. The transmission slips into D2 and and the engine races. The phone chargers don't work. The back up camera turns on while I am driving. And I have having major dye transfer to my upgraded Oyster leather seats. Has anyone else had issues like this? I took it in last week, and they said everything but the seats were software issues. I got it back and the electronics were worse than when I dropped it off. Today they told me the leather seats need to be redyed and then treated and would give me a quote. The dye transfer started the week I got the car, and it's really bad. My seats are basically blue and black now. Has anyone had this issue and was it covered under warranty? Clearly this is a defect, and I just am at a loss what to say to the dealership. If anyone has experience with this, I would appreciate it. I think my car was made on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend, lol.

Sorry to hear about your issues. I had a 2013 XJ with Oyster leather seats and never had any issue with dye transfer. I had the car for five years before trading it in for a 2019 XJ Also if you live in or near a large city you might want to mention where as members can mention the best dealers in the area to work with for a difficult problem. Good luck!

OP, it sounds like some sort of "dressing" was put on your seats, and it's now attacking the dye of the clothes that you're wearing. H\Although it could be rather annoying, have you considered contacting a professional detailing shop, to see if they could help you? FWIW, although it's not an extreme situation, I have light colored seats in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and over time, I've experienced something similar with it's seats. I frequently wear denim jeans, when driving it, and the driver's seat is beginning to develop a pale blue cast to it.
