Just made a deal on a '20 F Pace SVR in Satin BRG! Pretty excited!

Wow ! Congrats ! It looks really stunning ! I am normally not a fan of satin, maybe they start with black or grey...
.and what a change in colour... ..from blazing orange to stealth green..

Well, actually this deal just fell through, and I'm trading in the '17 F Pace S, not the F Type. I'm stuck out of the country for a little while, and DFW Jag has a policy where they won't accept a Power of Attorney for my wife to sign on my behalf. Crazy since I bought my last 2 Jags and a house last year with a POA since I was away on business. So found another FP SVR in BRG again from the same salesman we got the '17 S from in Charlotte. Working out the logistics now.

I was all for the satin paint for a bit though, but maybe happy to stay with the glossy BRG as it looks killer on her current F Pace.

'17 S

Ended up going with this one out of Charlotte. The satin one in Dallas fell through. The sales manager was great, but the finance guy was kind of an *** to deal with. So I went back to the dealership I got the S through and it went great. Got a few more options, lower price, and free shipping both ways with no hassle at all. I highly recommend Rick Malloy in Charlotte. Great guy to work with.

Thanks Dan, I blame Jaguar. They took me around the track in a F Pace SVR and I couldn't stop thinking about it. I thought the S was fast, but man! My wife was only interested in the interior, and that how I sold her on the idea.

Sadly I don't fit in the SVR. My dealer has one, and there is a nice Ultra Blue one for sale also.
But the headrests lower part ends up between my shoulder blades, very uncomfortable.

The R-sport seats are fine. So I'll stick with my 25t for the moment. Anyway, we are at a 100kmph speedlimit since march 1st..

Damn Dan, how tall are you? NL stands for naturally tall?
I really like the Ultra Blue, but the wife is in love with BRG, and it does look really good. 100KM/H? Wow! At least you can pop south into Germany, or are you not that close?

I am 1.98m and XXXL shoulders, from working hard when I was a teenager, in agriculture to earn some pocket money as a student.
My son is 1,90 m [ 19yrs] and he already has this same problem. I see it as a design flaw ( in the car !).

We didn't go to Germany for a while. But we do repeatedly take max. speed tests there with the F-Type :

Nice!!!
I haven't been to Germany or Amsterdam, other than flying through a regularly, in many years. May have to rethink my priorities.

One advice : stay clear of Amsterdam. Its highly overrated tourist trap. Trolleys traffic jams..

Yeah, I haven't been there since the late '90s when I was stationed in Germany and we drove up a few times.
