Default “Brake” warning light plus other warnings??

2014 F-type S. 19,400 miles.
Periodically, starting with day one, I will receive the following warning lights;

“BRAKE”
“Stability control not available”
“Emergency brake assist not available”

I‘ve been to the dealer several times, they turn the warnings off but they will come on sometimes a year apart. I verified the master cyl. is full.

Does anyone know the cause of these warnings? Can I do anything to prevent them??

First thing to ask is how's your battery? Low voltage can give rise to spurious faults, so it'd be good to eliminate that first.

…and is it the original battery? The original battery was going strong in my 2014, but I replaced it last spring, figured 7 years was enough.

Your symptoms, as others have suggested, are caused by low battery voltage...

Once again, I’ve replaced the battery, fully charged it(12.75V), loosened ground & hot connections, cleaned & replaced. I’ve gotten this occasional warning off & on since the day I brought the car home! Been to dealers several times and I still have the light.... Does anyone have a possible solution (Other than poor ground or bad battery)?

Found this un-connected wire near the positive end of the battery.. Can anyone identify it? Can’t find a spot for it...

I think that plug is used for initial tranportation and serves no purpose in a running car. Another hope dashed - sorry!

Thanks....
Took a short drive and the damn thing healed itself again! But, then again, it’s English.

Well, which would you rather have, a self-driving car, or a self-healing car?
