Default 2022 SVR Wheels - Anybody have? Looking to upgrade 2016 R

So I've done my research (as will be evident), but looking for a few details if anybody can provide.

Guy I know is selling 2022 SVR wheels (black in the picture below), and I'm looking to change mine out. I'm aware that the rear SVR wheels are 20x11 as opposed to 20x10.5 on the older R, and with different offsets (ET38 vs ET54).

So, in theory if I install those SVR wheels, said SVR wheels will be physically and visually set inward as compared to stock, by 9.65mm according to my calculations. (16mm difference in ET, but need to factor in rim face is pushed out 6.35mm from the center on a 20x11 as compared to a 20x10.5).

So, in order to make up that difference and look/preform as stock I would need a spacer. Fair enough. I would even consider going with a 15-20mm spacer, and maybe add a 3mm to the front to help the look.

My question is this, does anybody know or have a picture of the backside of those SVR rims to see if there's any room for the original screw stud to sink into without me having to grind it?
