Default AJ126 coolant system o-rings

I'm looking for the part numbers of the OEM o-rings for the AJ126 coolant systems pipes and hoses. I'm guessing the part numbers are the same for the AJ133 but maybe not.
Coz I just recently bought the full EuroAmp metal pipes kit from a fellow forum member who no longer needs it.
My pipes haven't started leaking yet but the car is now 11+ years old and just shy of 78k km so I fully expect one or more of those pipes/tubes/seals/o-rings to let go any day now. I'll either get the whole kit and caboodle changed over as preventative maintenance or I'll wait until she springs a leak then get it done.
I have read that the o-rings supplied in the EuroAmp kit are not much chop and don't seal anywhere near as well as the OEM o-rings so I want to get a set of those.
Specifically the large o-rings which go on the cross-over and Y pipes at the front of the engine, and the two small o-rings/seals on the ends/feet of the rear heater/manifold.
I'm fairly sure someone here (maybe not the F-Type forum) recently posted a full part numbers list of these o-rings (plus gaskets IIRC) but blowed if I can find it!
Even better would be a pointer as to where I could get these o-rings (NOT a JLR dealership!!!!) remembering I am in Oz so not all suppliers would post to me.

Good find. I tried and failed.

A definitive list of O rings that actually work would be great.

I plan on doing this job at the first sign of a leak and will service the SC at that time as well.

I remember reading in a few threads someone doubled up the O rings for the front Y pipe because of leaking. It would be preferable to not have to pull off the SC more than once to execute this upgrade successfully.

Also, is there a JLR OEM rear coolant water heater pipe available now in metal? When I search all I see is plastic. Of course the EB and AliE parts have fake OEM JLR labels on the bag, so that doesn't help! I don't want to have to take apart the aftermarket pipe to drill out the defects and glue back together. I have the OEM front metal pipes and want to match the rear as well if possible. The flow through this rear pipe is actually vital to the circuit between the L and R heads as the resistance goes up by a factor of 4 as the radius decreases. Thank you @bydand @sov211 @clubairth1 for the inspection and bench testing of the aftermarkets pipes. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...2/#post2677336

Well so far no metal rear water manifold from Jaguar but we are hopeful! It was a big surprise when JLR went back and released the Aluminum front cooling pipes. So who knows?
As you posted I have the 2 part version and I have drilled out the passageways and re-sealed the pieces. No problems so far. I did use the JLR seal as it's not a plain O-Ring. It has a Jaguar and a LR part number.

Thanks - any opinion on the front pipe O rings - some have replaced the EuroAmp with OEM or doubled up.

Just to add to your list - in my case what actually failed was o-ring between the water pump and the oil cooler. When you buy the corresponding pipe it has only one o-ring on one side and the second one is bought separately.

No suggestion on the "Y" pipe O-rings. But I will suggest getting the PCV diaphragms replaced when your in there. RKX has them with a supposedly better elastomer so hopefully they are tougher and will last longer. They are a bitch to change with the SC on. I know because I have done it and if you can do it with the SC off it's WAY easier!
PCV Diaphragms
These are more expensive than others and remember the V-6 uses 1 and the V-8's use 2 of these.

Or just right-click the post number and select "copy link address" from the dropdown?

I did not know that. I’m sure there’s some obscure way to right-click on my iPad - hold it upside down while humming the theme from Bonanza and click with my nose. Something like that.

When my JLR dealer installed the EuroAmp pipes on my F-Type (yes, the JLR dealer did this willingly with no complaint), they insisted on using the JLR O-rings. Smart guys.

There is no reason to 'double up' on the o-rings.

What I think someone should do is explore a better material option, at least for the simple o-rings on the front pipes. The molded seal on the rear you are kinda stuck, but the 2 part plastic crossover will split with age anyway (just like the thermostat housing), so seal life is usually a moot point. The front metal pipes will still have o-ring failures and won't last longer than the updated smooth plastic parts.

At one point when the Ingenium turbo line seals were not available, I measured some o-rings and was going to order some with better temperature ratings through McMaster-Carr, the same could be done with those outlet pipe o-rings I'm sure. The water pump to oil cooler gaskets are again a funky shape and probably not going to be a better option than just changing them out with new OEM.

Depending on your VIN # (maybe), The 2 O-rings that go to the engine block from your outlet pipe looks to be AJ811350. The upper O-Ring that connects the 2 pipes together looks to be AJ813918. I think you would want to confirm this with a Jag dealer for sure.

I speak from experience on other cars:

O-Rings can be a crapshoot. Not only does the diameter of the circle need to be correct, but the thickness and durability of the rubber are important, too.

Luckily we have an industrial supply house within 20 miles that has a variety of these parts, and has 'saved our bacon' a couple times.

++++++++++++++++

The Jaguar indie who installed our EuroAmp kit insisted on using JLR rings in several places, rather than the supplied parts. No issues in two years.

Thanks for all the feedback and suggestions.
Looks to me like I should definitely get the OEM heater manifold (the pipe across the back of the block) o-rings, part # AJ811600, but not so much the front pipes o-rings on which the jury seems to out and those that come with the Euro Amp kit should be perfectly OK.
Unless anyone strongly recommends I get those o-rings as well?????
