Sorry about this battery post.. but I have a 2014 Ftype S.. that I am storing for the winter.. I have the recommended tricked charger connected per the diagram ... a s when connected .. it goes to the green.. so it seems it’s doing what it suppose to be doing ... any ways I had to move the car today.. but it will not start normally u have use the key fob on the left hand side to start it .. also the key fob will not u lock the door.. so does this mean the little battery is dead? And needed replaced or am I missing something.

It was a fob battery issue. See post #11

 

You need a new battery in the key fob. It takes a common 2032 cell. Do them both while you're at it. They'll last +/- 3 years.

 

Thank you.. that did work... This did confuse me as I had replaced a battery in one a few months ago... Not sure why it died so quickly.. anyways thanks for the assistance!!!
