Default Another Project 7 on BAT

Is this a different Project 7 on BAT or is it the same one getting flipped? I didn't record the VIN of the other one that sold a couple weeks ago? If you missed out on your Christmas present last time here's your next chance.

It's a different one. The last one was a high mileage model, with 900 miles:

lol "high mileage"

The other day someone commented on one of these super low-mileage auction listings that seem all too common lately, saying how Bring A Trailer used to be an appropriate name because you needed a trailer to haul away a project car, but these days it's called that because no one actually wants to put any miles on their cars.

Good to see a listing correctly stating 1 of 50 that were allocated to North America. Most say to US which is incorrect.

Also the seller paid a 50k market adjustment for it. SMH. . That is never good. Unless you're buying a hyper car that will most likely appreciate.

Yes, I was very tongue in cheek with high mileage. I almost feel guilty that I've only put 18k miles on my '16. Work from home is good for low mileage, though.

Great point on bring a trailer.

It's sad that nearly 5 years on and it has just 60 miles. Looks great to stare at - but a carbon fiber body kit could do that for 1/10th of the price. It has a great engine / it should be driven...

If I'm paying $50K dealer markup on ANYTHING you can bet I'm driving it more than 61 miles

Just because the markup was listed on the sticker doesn't mean it ever sold at that price. The only car I ever bought that I drove less than that was a SmartCar. What a POS! After having it on order for 9 months, I drove it home in gusty wind and parked it, deaming it too dangerous for my wife to drive. Immediately sold it on eBay for a $2200 profit even after paying $1000 in sales tax on it. Even at $3M, I'd drive a car hard until I got tired of it. Otherwise what's the point of owning a great car? (That's a rhetorical question...don't bother answering).
