I had that a few years ago after a service and it ended up that the spline nuts on the wheel hadnt been tightened and the wheel was loose, then the bearing went not long after. I cant remember if the bump was the loose wheel or the bearing, it might have been the latter.

When I had that, the nuts on the front shock towers that hold the shocks down had worked loose. It seems like once a year I have to re-tighten them as they work loose.

Could be a ball joint going bad. I recommend getting it looked at ASAP before it goes completely and you're stuck somewhere or worse at speed. Happened to me in my Nissan and it sucked trying to get it on the tow truck bed.
