Been using the Euro MotorSpeed windscreen for about a week and half. After driving with it more SWMBO and I have noticed more cockpit buffeting and wind noise than with the old mesh screen. Not an obnoxious increase but very noticeable. I still think the increased visibility is worth the extra buffeting/noise.

To be quite honest I've been enjoying having nothing at all back there. Obviously the visibility can't be beat, the extra wind (if there really is any; I've forgotten what it was like with the screen) is liveable, and imo the aesthetics are improved. I'm thinking about removing the windscreen bracket to further improve looks (would have to plug screw hole I imagine).

If you made measurements would you mind sharing them? I don't really like the mesh and would like to make a glass one

Thanks

If you already have the mesh windscreen you can use it for a template. The OEM screen has a rigid frame that can be traced to make a pattern or just take it to a glass shop. Just make sure its tempered glass..

I also discovered a little to much flex and vibration for my liking. I added a strip of clear shower door seal at the bottom with a strip of self adhesive foam door jamb weatherstripping on the bottom. This has provided a little more rigidity and sealed up the gap that was present at the bottom. The end result is far less flex and vibration. I've not noticed an increase in cockpit buffeting as pointed out above. I really like the added visibility but the glare from the interior components at certain sun angles takes some getting used to. Overall, I'm please but may opt for a tempered glass unit in the future.
