So here is the update - this is not a Jaguar quality problem! A few weeks ago we found a rat in our garage...well now we can figure out the reason! Seems the f#$%^& ate through the heater hose!! So, its $900 not warranty covered of course!

So does anyone have any ideas on how to put a rat replllant on the hoses etc? Is there any such thing?? I have sealed up the openings in the garage so no more rats as far as I can tell, but they can get in when the garage is opened. Anyone have a long term fix, I would be grateful.

Thanks

HAHAH beautiful.

also no I have no ideas for a better solution for you -- rats ate my 911's wiring loom last winter, I moved before coming up with a solution.

Bumping an old thread, but I was just on a downhill stretch of highway which I drive every day when the low coolant warning indicator came on. It went away as soon as the road leveled and I've never noticed any leaks. Any cause for alarm? I'll check the coolant level and add water if necessary.

bumping your old ask, water pump leak is common -- my car had a leak in the coolant line under the supercharger which required an R&R of the Supercharger. Yay plastic.
