I was getting a car wash yesterday and I noticed this under the car

The car has been idling a bit rough lately and has had a clicking noise coming from the engine,

it is booked at the dealer today, does anyone know what I should be expecting

I believe that’s just drainage from the weep holes in the pipe to drain condensation. If this is your first winter with the car, the clicking may be the normal cold temperature engine noise.
