Default Emission Control Sticker/Plate

Does anyone know where this is located on a 2014 F?

Apparently is normally under the bonnet but I can't see it anywhere.

I need to get a pic of it so that I can register my car here...

Cheers

Is it shown under "Labels" in the index of your manual?

Pesky Spaniards, eh?
In my manual it's on the page (244) before the engine spec and perfomance data tables so if you can find that at least you'll see the diagram showing where all the labels are located. Mine doesn't list any emissions label, though, unless the info is shared with another label (plate inside door jamb?).

In general you would not find it on a label. This informations are for EU cars on the document "EU conformity" that you will need to immatriculate your car. This exists for all cars circulating in the EU. If you cannot provide it, I guess you will always be able to immatriculate as prototype, if it is a used car. A new car from outside the EU is not possible under no circumstances.

There is a Netherland that sells no EU cars for crazy low prices :

I am not sure I understand.

Are you saying there should be a certificate in my manual that shows it? If there isn't one I can't register my car?

ALL F-Type Jags are made in the UK, from mostly the same components (I believe the rads and tyres are different on GCC cars and that's about it), how can one be acceptable and not another, they are the same car....

Unfortunately they are not the same cars, there are some differences. In general the former owner should have given you this papers with the car. If you dont know where it was last registered you can go here to enter your VIN and find about the full history of your car : https://osh.jaguar.com/

I know exactly where the car came from and have all of the paperwork, I bought it from the original owner at 3 years.

I brought it back with me from Dubai when I moved back to Europe, and imported it to the UK without any problems whatsoever, no 'Grey' import, just a straight import. However, I want to use it in Spain where I spend most of my time and that means putting it on Spanish plates, which they make you do if it is here more than 6 months a year and to be honest, I hate driving a Lefty in the UK anyway, so it's natural home would be here.

True, there are a few differences between the cars from GCC to Europe (rads, Filters, Rustproofing etc), but the engine is no different, neither are the exhaust systems, so the 'Emissions' should not be radically different.

The software (tune) will vary depending on market. That will affect emissions and sound level. The exhaust system now varies by market since the intro of the 2020 models.

Today some Europe country base the road taxes on the Co2 emissions. If you see my Netherland link, this (new) V8 have 999 Co2 gr/km. The V8 for the EU market have about 249 Co2 gr/km. Thats just 1/4. EU and US cars had always Cats, from MY20 on EU have Cats and particle filter. Cars from 2014 non EU may have neither and pay higher taxes.

That makes no sense in two different ways.
No way can the EU version of the F-Type V8 put out 1/4 of the CO2 per km of the US version, and particulate filters (OPFs) have absolutely nothing to do with CO2.
I suspect it is possible you have mixed up "emissions" of particulates with "emissions" of CO2 and that maybe, just maybe, the EU version of the F-Type V8 with OPFs fitted puts out 1/4 of the particulates of the US version (assuming it doesn't have OPFs). And that's 1/4 of SFA anyway!

I am no talking about US for the 999. That's just without Cats and for markets as Russia, China, Middle East. The opf has nothing to do with Co2, I agree,bu is part of the Wltp ruling.

If you buy today a regular V8 F-type in France, you pay directly 20000 Euro as taxes to the financial state departement.

Regardless of the tune, where it was sold etc, if I don't have the sticker then, surely I can go to an emissions testing 'place/company' and get my specific car tested right? Then they would provide me with a document/sticker?
