A first.

 

Nice! Except for car meetups and of course our awesome 10 F-Type Drive I can still count how many times I've seen F-Types on the road on 2 hands. In the US I think there's about 7,000 F-Types, so any given (large) city probably has less than 100.

 

I have only seen one other at the same time- a white one without the black pack or black tornado wheels.... mine was better

 

Well, you've actually also seen mine - but you were in your Audi - and we were parked lol

I've only seen 2 on the road since I've gotten mine...

 

No, too busy with work right now. Maybe after xmas.

 

I have seen 3. A black vert, a silver vert, and a coupe at night. All V6

 

I went to dinner last Saturday night to a nice steakhouse in Dallas, and there was a white R Coupe valet parked at the front. They parked my IRR next to it, and apparently the white Coupe driver was not happy when he came out. He commented to the valet that the dealer told him that his was about the only car in town, and obviously that was not the case!


I do love the rarity, for sure...

 

LOL. Only F-Type in Dallas, and he believed it? Dallas isn't that small of a city!

 

I've still never seen one on the road, or anywhere else other than a JLR dealer, in Wash, DC, Annapolis, Suburban Maryland. We're talking about 4 million folks living within a 100-mile radius of DC.

 

Try Maine with a little over 1 million people in the whole state! And it's a big state. Compared with my old hometown of NYC [just Manhattan] with close to 8.5 million.

Never seen one other F-Type...

 

Seen two different verts but no coupe yet.

Saw my first F Type other than mine.
It was a Salsa Red V6. Was travelling at a 90 degree so did not to see if it was an S or not. And it was a convertible also. Have to keep an eye out for it.

There are 3 in my neighborhood. One from a guy that asked me if I would be pissed if he would buy one, I said no, and he showed up with a white one (same as mine, could have been a different color at least) and there is another red, that belongs to a guy that traded a porsche. Saturday I got the carbon fiber pack installed by the dealer, and I am thinking of the design pack next month, so it can place a few differences between the white cars.

 

How much did the CF pack cost you? I'm debating if the CF mirror covers are worth it...and what dealers are charging.
