Move to Florida. No need to have the heat on(usually). Most Canadians it seems are down here right now! I have my fur lined panty hose on, and they are running around in shorts and T-shirts(54 degrees F.)

Only problem with the magnetic holders if it interferes with wireless charging

I've always been paranoid of the sticky pads ripping off part of the dash on removal, so I've stuck with a suction cup mount on my windshield. This one telescopes and mounts even on the really steep angle of the F-Type windshield, so I mount it in the middle of the car just above the vents. Blocks a little visibility, but it's not bad and easy to take on and off!

do you have any visibility issues with your mount? I have read that some of the suction cups work with the dash and the windshield. How is your setup, do you have a pic?

I mounted mine right on top of the "S" on the dashboard just above the right side of the display. Neither does it obscure buttons or vision through the windshield. Won't have a pic until she gets out of the shop.

I didnt think there was any chance the suction would work on the dashboard...I'll have to order one of those as to preserve the dash from residue damage.

Unless I am misinterpreting 'right on top of the "S" on the dashboard just above the right side of the display"

Depends if you are left or right hand drive.
See #3 and #13.

yes, unhingd is left hand drive and I assume he is saying the suction cup is on the dash right above the 'S' on the dash. As opposed to right above the 'S' on the windshield

Yes, the suction pad covers the S. (I already know it's an "S" and don't need reminding.) It has never come loose unless I wanted it to.

Did you ever receive the Knightspeed mount, I’m thinking of purchasing this mount? Was the quality good? I love the fact that it mounts to the grab bar.

Has anyone tried removing the Scosche adhesive mount? Like the look but worried it might take a chunk of the dash with it a few years down the road 😅

Yes. Mine was mounted on the carbon fiber above the infotainment display for about 2 months. Dental floss and rubbing alcohol. No issues. Like it was never there.

I have the Knightspeed mount on order. There's been a delay on getting my order processed, but I got an email from them today saying they've fixed the problem on their end, so I'm hoping to get it soon.

I will post a review after trying it out.

No, I'm not sure I want one yet, so one step at a time. I have a Nexus 6 as a dedicated car phone/carputer; this is a particularly big phone, and I can't take any fitting for granted, so even this mount is a bit of an expense gamble.

Can't wait to see how it fits! My N6 is temporarily banished to the center console cubby, where it streams Pandora and Google Play Music quite nicely--thankfully the lid fits over it, if just barely.

Did you end up ordering and getting the Knightspeed mount? If so, any impressions and pics you can post? I'm thinking about ordering one, but being US based it's a $160+ investment on hope that I like it.

I am still waiting on my delivery, unfortunately. I will be addressing my purchasing experience in more detail once the dust settles. I will be happy to provide a review if Knightspeed can manage to fulfill my order.
