Default F type s questions

Just in the process of purchasing a V6 S and was wondering the buttons and paddle shifters are not the bronze color I thought that was pretty much standard for all the S types these are black does it make any difference or is it part of an option etc. does anyone know

Second question does anyone know if I can convert the blinking light to orange is it a LED bulb or is it LED strip or is it built into the tail light Assembly
I do know that the Jaguar’s in Europe and the UK have orange blanket and I like the contrast of the orange blinkers is it simply a matter of changing a bulb or is it more complicated than that can anyone help does anyone have an answer for that thanking you very much

First of all, you should identify the model year of your car, and your location because specifications were different in different markets.
in answer to your question, the earlier cars (to 2016, I think) had the bronze paddles and starter button, and sometime thereafter the colour was changed to black. That said, the owner can interchange the bronze to black or black to bronze very easily for both the paddle shifters and the start button.

The rear light units are all LED units and therfore cannot be altered - it is the lens which is red. I have never seen the F-Type in any configuration with amber (orange) rear turn signals, including the UK.

The UK requires amber turn signals, so the rear lights may not look amber but they flash amber.

So, for North American owners considering a change,

Do the UK units include side marker lights and reflectors? (I know that the UK headlights don't have the amber reflectors)

If there is a UK member on this thread, could you post a photo of the rear lights in amber mode?
