Default F Type V6 2016 squeaking noise.

Only happens about 50 yards from my house and has only been happening in winter. After 2-3 minutes it goes and wont happen again that day!

Only starts when engine going into idle then as soon as any revs come in the noise goes!

video below

any ideas anyone?

many thanks!!

Exactly the same as mine. I changed both the aux and supercharger belts. Checked both tensioners and pulleys. All okay. Still does the squeel although not as often. I put it down to a characteristic of the car because I now know I have no faults.

that is just due to the video, the sound is definitely more of a squeaking/ squealing sound.

Im putting it down to a cold damp belt at the moment

Default Update

Managed to pull over this time and get a new video of the noise. Its coming from inside the main engine part in the video (Im far from a mechanic!) couldnt pinpoint the noise though. However from close up its more of a “chirp” sound when close up!

any ideas anyone?

Sorry when I say inside the engine, I basically mean the main block in the middle. Its something in that area but its really hard to see under as to exactly what its coming from.
