Default Front parking sensor repair

One of my front parking sensors has been pushed in. What is the best/easiest way to getting to the back side to push it back from behind? Thanks for your advice.

I don't think you can access it properly without dropping the bumper, but from all reports that is not as difficult as you might think, just lots of bolts and screws to remove. Disclaimer - I have never dropped the front bumper myself!

Just a bunch of bolts. First the under carriage pan needs to be replaced. All the bolts that need to be removed are obvious once that pan comes off. Even though the nose is very light, I suggest having someone help you to avoid any damage to the finish as you remove and guide the nose back into place.
