Need input. I have a new f type r convertible. Under hard acceleration I have noticed the gear indicator on dash display to momentarily switch from a white number on black cackground to a black number on a white background. My dealer said they had never heard of it. Is it an upshift warning as in nearing red line or is it an indicator of hitting rhe limiter. Anyone know?

 

Yes, that's the "shift light" so to speak.

 

+1 and it should turn red approaching redline.
