Been reading posts here for a while but just signed up recently. These noises are so frustrating for me. Either I turn my music on and hear the former. Or I turn it off and I hear the latter.

I've gone to Madison County Jaguar (on a member's recommendation here but it seems like the team that fixed his issue had already left when I brought it in) and JLR New Rochelle. They both completed the tech bulletin but the issue was not resolved. After bringing it back and forth multiple times they both eventually gave up and told me there was nothing else they could do. Both agreed that the issue still remained for the songs I put on my usb. Jaguar NA also never followed up with me after complaining to them.

Could owners who have gotten this issue resolved please refer me to anyone within an hour or two of my location (Stamford, CT)?

I saw in the thread that he highly recommended Al Pepe and his team at Morris County Jaguar. Based off this, I went there but found out Al Pepe no longer worked there.

Instead, I worked with Stanley Williams. I drove back and forth multiple times after being told it was fixed only to find out each time that it was not. Eventually, they gave up and said there was nothing more they could do.
