Any tips and tricks? How long should it take?

I plan on replacing this piece:

After the bolts are removed and the nose is pulled forward about 6”, you have to disconnect two of the proximity sensors (those in the cross bar) and pull the hoses off the 2 head lamp washers. All very straight forward.

The clips on the grills are ridiculously tough. Removing the bumper has taken 10% of the time so far.

By the way, for anyone referencing this in the future -- use a heatgun to heat stretch the clip openings wider. Each clip will take about 5 seconds of heating. Once the grill is off the car, heat each opening again to melt the plastic back to the original size.

as noted, its 15 minutes to remove the front bumper. Super easy, mine is off every other weekend at this point. once you do it once you will not be concerned with doing it again.
