Nope, topix is unfortunately not available to us mere mortals anymore. A shame really because getting the VIN and checking the specs in topix was a such a fundamental thing for any Jag shopping over the past decade or so.
If you buy a Jag from a JLR dealer the dealer should of course print out the build sheet from topix for you. I also heard about people contacting dealers just to get the build sheet so if you know any helpful JLR dealer they might be willing to help.

You could still get in touch with a Jag dealer to get the build sheet, especially if there's one you intend to build up a relationship with for future servicing and repairs. Or possibly e-mail Jaguar customer services who might be willing to help.
Over at the UK forum there's a member that used to be able to get the info from topix even after it was closed for the general public. Could be that he still can help.
I wouldn't be too happy buying a Jag without a topix extract because without that it's a bit like a box of choclates. Even JLR dealers are known to make mistakes when listing the equipment of cars they have for sale. I've dealt with a bunch of different Jag dealers over the years and can't say I ever met anyone that knew or understood the specs better than I did after reading up on brochures and topix extracts. Having said that, topix isn't always 100% correct but it's as precise as it gets.
Here are 3 short video clips that I got on a flashdrive that came with an early media piece, actually a book. They cover Dynamics, Design and Performance.
If one has a relationship with an authorised dealer (in terms of purchase and service), it is possible to request a copy of the “dealer direct warranty” file. This gives every bit of information about the car from delivery date to the list of options fitted, radio and key codes, engine, transmission, differential serial numbers, colour and trim details, recalls and updates done.
But the crucial thing is that relationship. Walking in off the street to ask for this will result in a perplexed look on the service rep’s face - as perhaps it should. They are under no obligation to provide this information.
Not exactly like Topix, or the original Window Sticker, but I have verified the VIN options on my cars and it was very accurate. In addition, the main site is a great auto search aggregator to actually find cars...AND besides options, the VIN Decode also has lots of additional info (Categories below).
I have no affiliation with this site (beyond using it a lot!). Just sharing to help the group here. I know they are in US, but not sure about other countries (at least for the shopping??). Vin Decode may work anywhere?
