Hey everyone, I since I bought my used 2019 ftype P380 which included a year subscription to Pro Services I can't seem to connect my car to internet to sign in to my Incontrol through thr car.

I bought a new SIM from dealer, called customer support to connect it to my car, enabled mobile data. It only keeps searching for connection as youll see on pics.

Do I need to also buy a data plan just to use my Pro Services? I'm out of options and I don't see any clear instructions on this please help.

I think you are correct. If the dealer sold you a empty SIM, then you have no service.
Hope you did not pay much for the SIM!!
Good news is you do not need it.
Just use your I-Phone with Siri.
Better up-to-date maps etc.
