How much do you think dealers will discount the 2017 F-Types?

I like the blue but that is a USED one. Notice it has ~6K miles..
Mileage 6,540
Amazing when you can buy one new, off the lot for $89K and they want $10K more for a used one. Granted this appears to have more options but still.
I think I am taking my "toy car money" and buying a ski condo. Had enough of the car searching...

You are correct, I would say it is used. But since it is an untitled "Demo" they are still calling it "new".

A lot of folks really like it. It doesn't do much for me.

Can the SVR spoiler be removed and converted to r type? A friend wants to buy one but doesn't like the spoiler.

Is the SVR spoiler adjustable? Why does it still have the spoiler button on the center console? Makes it easier to revert to R version obviously...

The SVR spoiler extends even further with speed.

Default Xmas present

if you can wait, wait until the end of the year. I’m planning to go shopping right after thanksgiving and purchase before Xmas. Bring your own financing and you will have the most leverage.

Try to sign up for JCNA 6 months before you buy, for an additional $2500 off.

All the 2017s will be gone by then. In fact, selection is already becoming limited

The ONLY SVR with Carbon Brakes lower than $109K is $106K... I think & there is only one listed @ the $109K mark. Once those two are gone you may well have to pay over the $110K mark for that option. The yellow calipers are cool but the $7K to 10K service to replace pads/rotors when the time comes would stop me in my tracks from EVER considering them. Add that to the FACT that most of us don't drive these cars hard enough to "properly" warm those puppies up also means that they won't perform like you need them too under "normal" driving conditions.

How long do they last compared to the regular brakes?
I went through maybe 5mm on ftype r in about 12k miles of driving, meaning I could expect that I'd need to replace them at 20k miles. If cc brakes last longer, the cost may not be too bad in the grand scheme of things.

From my research it seems the pads on the CCM brakes are meant to wear fairly quickly while the rotors hardly wear at all. Almost opposite to the iron rotors which in theory wear half as fast as the pads, ie two sets of worn pads = time to replace the rotors. The pads for the CCM brakes are not all that expensive, so replacing them once every one or two years shouldn't break the bank, and the rotors should last several years.

CCM rotors will last indefinitely if you don't track the car. It's all about heat cycles with them.

This is why replacing the pads at correct intervals is very important for these braking systems. Worn pads will create excess heat.

This wasn't the case when I got fantastic deal on my 2016 F-type, taking delivery December 2016. I also happen to get all features I wanted, including MT.
