I have recently reset my InControl App, does anybody know how to recover my previous Journeys?

Make certain your car is outdoors to ensure wireless access. Then try pulling up your journey history again.

Let me be more specific, the dealer tried to setup the stolen vehicle tracking system, to do that they had to reset my InControl App, they then realized they couldn't setup the tracking system because it was not installed in my car, so I had to set up the InControl App again, so now I lost all my journeys.
If the recover is still possible, is there any function in the application for the past journeys? Because I cannot find it

I believe the Journeys are actually stored on the car. If they reset the system on your car, I suspect your travels have been wiped.

 

Hm...I totally forgot this app; never got it to work with my Android.

 

The most important is the stolen vehicle tracking system (if you have it)… The rest are only... "nice to have"

 

I had that problem with my Android 4 phone - it went through the motions but always failed to connect to the car. The dealership diagnosed a faulty Telematics unit and changed it to no avail. Switching to an Android 6 phone fixed the problem.

 

Fortunately, the inControl Remote App functions not only as a stolen vehicle tracker, but also a lost vehicle tracker. Very important for those senior moments.

 

Only if they're driving it. I learned when shipping my car to Maine that if it's on the trailer the location never updates.

 

Actually you can track it driving or not driving it as long as you don’t stuff it into a huge Faraday cage. Enclosed trailer?
