Many of the external trim pieces (including vents and side skirts) are body colored as standard with the 2016 model year. I think you have to get the black pack now to have them in black by default now.

I think they look terrible in body color, which is why I changed mine.

anyone managed to download/install/use the InControl app outside US/UK? ...there is no such app in the Apple SWITZERLAND store :-( baaaaad :-(

It's not in "Apple Store". It's in "App Store". No reason "InControl Apps" shouldn't be available globally. It's the "InControl Remote" that is only available in certain markets.
