I would think you'd hit the torque limit of the ECU/TCU even quicker with both pullies.
Caveat: I have no actual knowledge on the subject, just what I've read here. But I think that the torque limit can't/won't/shouldn't be modified by the tuners. You might ask Stuart at VAP for his opinion.

If I recall correctly according to Unhinged and VAP using both pulleys overspeeds the supercharger at high rpm and its efficiency drops off so you don't really get all the extra boost you would expect at higher rpm. However I would imagine if you don't care about that it would move the torque curve into a lower rpm range which would probably be be good.
I also seem to recall that Unhinged has both pulleys but recommends not to use the upper one.

The TVS R1900 remains efficient into a higher rpm range than the R1320, so installing both pulleys on the V8 will indeed offer some advantage. The tuners do override the torque limiters which were put in place more to protect the poor performing weak link behind the steering wheel than to protect anything down through the drivetrain.
