Default Intake modification available for 2.0T F-Type?

Hello All, I'm a recent F-Type P300 owner. This thread is to learn is anyone has tinkered around with the stock air tract/airbox on their 4-cylinders.

To clarify, I am not looking for a filter on a stick. I very much appreciate the benefit of plastic intake construction and closed airboxes. I would like a bit more turbo whistle, though. Especially since the 4-cyl exhaust is so lame. Is there a boost hose, or anything one has done to add a bit more drama to the intake path? Again, I'm not interested in a true aftermarket intake, just some sort of OEM+ change, if available.

I actually don't mind the stock active exhaust. I'd need to see how much drone comes with the Powerhouse upgrade. The 2.0T is a very boomy, droney, engine, so I fear some aftermarket pipes could make it annoying.

No drone , the centre silencer still remains, for me sounds great plenty of bangs and pops , plenty of feed back on the noise, it has an increase booming noise to which a guy said was very McLaren sounding 🤗 as for your question on air box mod I wouldn’t even go there too much to go wrong and code lights same with tuning it’s a 2.0 end off , plenty of power for what it is

I put BMC filters into my v6 and there was a noticeable increase in whistle from the supercharger. Also taking the engine cover off can help, it is only for decoration on the AJ units at least.
