Klunking sound from rear when turning
Hey everyone!
My F-Type V6S (2016) has developed a fault where it makes a deep clunking sound from the rear whenever I turn (video attached although very difficult to capture on camera).
This is present 99% of the time but every couple of weeks it completely disappears for a day (usually after a long drive on the motorway).
Rear diff oil has already been changed and didn't seem to make a difference. This is now driving me mad and was wondering if anyone had any idea what it could be?
Thanks in advance!

The audio can now be heard, but the video is now gone. I can't really determine anything from what I hear. SWAGs at causes for noises in the rear would be suspension, lift gate, diff, or something rolling around in the trunk or the storage cubies in the trunk area.

I had the same problem and same type vehicle. At the time it was still under warranty. It was coming from the rear differential. The dealership did a flush and refill with an additive and the problem resolved.
Does it only happen on a low speed turn with slight throttle input? Is you F-Type AWD? If yes to either, You need to perform a double flush of both rear diff and transfer box.
Proper way to perform procedure is to drive vehicle to get both units to "operating temperature" including doing figure 8's. Drain fluids and refill using recommended fluids. Road test again with lot's of figure 8's, drain and refill again, then another road test. Noise will be gone if being caused by diff or t-box.

As fate would have it, I've been experiencing very similar noises in my '20 R-Dynamic Auto. My "groans" aren't as loud as yours, though, and typically happen when turning at slow speeds when off throttle or with very light throttle input.
I brought the car in to the dealership earlier this week for end-of-warranty service and inspection and noted the noise. They "pulled a fluid sample" and have decreed that the car needs a new rear diff, which they're going to cover under warranty. I'm still prying for details about what they actually found in the sample and what they think the "failure" actually is, primarily as a means to prevent it from happening again.
Were this not covered under warranty, you can bet your breeches I'd be doing flushes and fills like has been recommended above before considering swapping out the unit.
