Legit or Junk? Anyone tried this ?
It's probably not too much different from any other plug in tuner (like a race chip or a VAP tune only). The wording is misleading with it saying "up to 20%", makes it sound better than true. Realistically you're probably only looking at some marginal performance gains at the top end of the rev range, similar to how all the other tunes do.
If interested in it, PM me.
"Up to" in advertising uses human nature against ourselves. Saying "makes up to 20% power" means that ANY amount less than that also meets their "specs." That includes 10%, 2%, zero, or even negative gains, and they aren't lying.
You fix that by reading such ads as "We guaranty that you'll make less than 20%". Same facts, very different reality.

Back in the day I put a Hypertech chip in my 87 Trans Am. Seemed like a lego chip but my buddy had an SVO that couldn't come close to me once it was installed. Not many options back in the day. With today's technology I would opt for a more assured gain in power.
