Lost Audio. Help!
Yesterday as I began a short trip my audio was missing--no radio, blue tooth, phone, parking sensor beeps, nothing. Three hours later when I started the car to return home everything was normal. The only audio function I didn't think to check was the GPS, but I assume that uses the same circuitry.
Anyone with any ideas as to what may have caused this malfunction? I shudder to think of the worst case because my Ghibli needed the TGW unit replaced twice when it kept losing audio for no apparent reason.

The same thing happened in my SO's Velar. I basically had to 'reboot' the system by shutting the vehicle off, waiting awhile and turning it back on. I'm starting to miss the ol' two dial radios.
Had this happen once in my XE with ICTP. Hoping a software update will help - I’ll have that done at the first service this spring.
That is exactly my plan since first service is due in April and it's a four hour round trip to the nearest dealer, but I was surprised at how much I had come to rely on the warning beeps.

Issue happened again. If you have a Bluetooth connected phone, try and turn off Bluetooth on the phone. Within 5 seconds my audio returned. Can anyone else attempt that when the issue repeats and see if this cures it? TY
+1. I have experienced the same issue depending on the sequence with which you connect the Bluetooth and hit the my music button.I just attributed it to user error.
