Default Madness Autoworks Flash Tune: recommended?

Hey folks!

I'm looking for a tune for my F-type V6 S, and I've fallen on this tune from Jag Madness. I've bought a few of their carbon fibre trims, and their service was excellent.

I know most go with Velocity AP tunes, but I like that this one can be paid in 12 monthly payments with Affirm instead of having to front 1200$.

Has anyone heard or used this tune and can vouch for this product?

Thank you very much!
Max

Something doesn't seem right, their ad says level 2 450 hp with upper SC pulley whereas the VAP level 2 tune is also 450 hp but with a larger lower/crank pulley instead.
It is well established that the stock V6 upper pulley is already fairly close to as small as you can go so there is not a helluva lot to be gained from just a slightly smaller upper pulley plus tune (which is why VAP don't offer that combo), whilst there is much more room to move (terrible pun not intended!) with a larger lower/crank pulley.
Yes VAP also do a smaller upper pulley (GripTech) but on the V6 at least it only gives an extra 25 hp over the lower pulley set-up, yet this mob are claiming an extra 30 hp over their tune only. I can only guess that their tune only and their upper pulley tune are both more aggressive than the corresponding VAP tunes.
The VAP tunes are tried and true with hundreds maybe even thousands of happy customers so I would stick with them unless or until there is a lot of positive feedback about this mob's tunes.

VAP provides the buyer access to the person doing the tuning - and his experience. For example, you can have the pops minimized (keeps the cats alive....also less annoying to some). Octane/region tunes, etc.

I have zero experience with Madness.

One suggestion is VAP does offer sales now and again and they do post them on the forum. I got my tune and lower pulley that way.
I also purchased the additional data logging package for fine tuning the tune. I am still working on that.

No complaints with VAP and I have been tuned and pullied for several years and many thousands of miles with zero problems.
Different car-2014 XJR but same drive train.

I also have some Vap upgrades and mods on my S and have no complaints. What I really appreciate is their immediate reply wether by phone or email to questions and concerns, excellent costumer service!

Hey Max,
Chad here at Jagmadness. Thanks for the interest in the tune and starting the conversation.
I was involved in the development on this tune and am the primary point of contact for everyone purchasing.
I have been running our stage 4E 85 tune for over six months and I’m absolutely smitten with it I’m familiar with the other tunes and I believe that ours while making more power also delivers more linear power.
Please give me a buzz directly if you would like to discuss further.

Hey Chad,

Thank you for replying. I will give you a call this Monday. What is your time zone? Central, PST or EST? So that I don't call you at 7 am haha

Everybody vouchs for VAP, but there's a first to everything, and I'm really interested in getting your tune. If people are interested, I could give my feedback on the forum in a couple of months. Btw I love your carbon trims!
