Default Maelstrom Wheels, 2019 F Type SVR no Ceramics

Hello all! I'm thrilled to be writing again as I am getting ready to get back into the Jag game! Buying a pre-owned 2019 F Type SVR Convert without ceramic brakes. I know I've seen several posts on this but I apologize as this specific question I'm not sure has been answered so reaching out in hopes all of you experts can assist! The car has 20x9 front and 20x11.5 rear wheels which are the 20" 5 split-spoke style 5061 - satin grey finish, with red calipers. While these look great I'm already thinking I'd like to do the Maelstrom wheels and paint the calipers yellow as I don't have ccb's. Is there anyone who can tell me definitively that this is possible? I ask because Jag dealers don't seem to have a sense for it (I may have the wrong dealers), and these wheels are naturally pretty expensive. And, Jag's own website states that these are only available for "SVR and 21MY onwards F-TYPE R only. Only available with Jaguar carbon ceramic braking system (398mm front/380mm rear)" I realize that, yes, this car is an SVR and hence in theory should work but the first part of that statement suggests yes, whereas the last part (about CCB's) says no. Please help?

As a bonus, anyone with great recommendation for painting calipers yellow (or a local shop near Knoxville or Nashville, TN) would be most appreciated!

Thank you all!

The issue with CCBs is that only a couple of 20" wheels will fit over the rotors. You shouldn't have any problem fitting them over the steel brakes.

Your Coriolis wheels:

The maelstrom:

Same dimensions.

I purchased a 2024 450 R that I'm having trouble finding ceramic pads for.

Different “ceramic” I suspect. You probably need Porterfield RS-4’s. The ceramics referenced above are the big honkin CCB’s.

Style 5061 is also known as Coriolis and yes they do not fit over the CCM brakes.
The only OEM wheels which fit over the CCM brakes are Storm and Maelstrom, and both of those fit over the steel brakes as well so you should be good to go fitting Maelstrom wheels to your steel brake SVR.
The only caveat IIRC is that they don't work well with normal wheel spacers and if you want to fit spacers with these wheels they need to be specially made, threads/posts about this around here somewhere!
You can DIY paint the calipers, it's fairly easy, I have done so about six times across various cars including twice on the F-Type (once red then yellow), plenty of posts and You Tube vids explaining/showing how.

[CCB = carbon-ceramic rotors, all others have steel rotors]

Thank you all for your comments…and for the link to the purchase site…much cheaper than the dealer. Will have to look into the spacer situation as that sounds like it could be complicated. Appreciate it!!
