Default missing yellow lines rear view camera

Hello Jag fans,
Recently I have had installed a new (second hand) rear view camera to my MY 15 F-type coupe. The lens of the previous really was deterioating. The view of the new one I bought from Ebay is far form perfect but gives a bit a more detailed view. However, the yellow lines are missing. And I'dont want to damage my refurbished 20 inch Tornado rims. Any suggestions please?
Greetings from The Netherlands
Hillbert

Can't help with the lines on the screen,

But do you have your outside rearview mirrors set to tilt down a usable amount when backing?

Frankly, I use that more than the screen. My only problem is, sometimes I go too fast on my longish driveway in reverse, and they stop tilting...

Hi Atwell, thank you for your suggestion and yes, I calibrated the tiltdown function on the mirror. But still very eager to hear other feedback!

Reversing lines are a software overlay over the camera feed. Only thing I can think of is battery disconnect and leave for at least 15 mins so any residual current in the relevant module can discharge. Don’t close the boot whatever you do so you wont be locked out. Fingers crossed for you

Default Possible help

I couldn't find help in my online f type docs, but found camera line setting info here:

Valerie is right: it’s just a settings issue in the main screen menu (so not the steering wheel menu so to speak). It takes an expert to see the obvious
Thanks again Valerie.
