Not sure if I agree with some of these. Never been a big fan of the Audi TT. The i8 looks strange, as those the Alfa. That photo of the Jaaag looks amazing, as expected
I'm a little sad there's no vert love, but if they completely snubbed Aston there's no point to debate anything else.
I think the AM "snub" is more baout AMs being an "old" design. The AM cars are very long into their cycle. The Vantage platform I think is 14 years old. But once AM comes out with new designs I think they'll be back on the best design list. Convertibles never make such list. Almost always most people feel the hardtop version looks better than the convertible version.

That's why we need a F-Type targa option. As much as I love my convertible, I'd probably have gone for that over the convertible had it been an option. Gives the lines and look of the coupe with the open feeling of the convertible.
Of course, the 918 is my dream car. Glad to see it made the cut. Unfortunately the wife would never let me have one unless I won the lottery and had enough money to not have to worry about retirement, college tuition, or the like.
Except for maybe the GT, the F-Type puts the rest to shame. Surely they could have come up with 8 other better competitors. A TT or a CTS-V...really? Beauty is in the eyes....

I actually really like the CTS-V. I appreciate its design. I personally wouldn't get one, but I definitely appreciate how some view it as a very nicely designed car.
I'm good with about half the list, but if it's "Most Beautiful Cars," I can't see the Caddy, Range Rover, or Audi in the hunt. Even the Speed 8 and P4/P5 aren't elegant (just hot). Give me an AM, McLaren, NSX, even a 'vette.
I've actually heard the TT referenced a few times by car designers in interviews about how groundbreaking it was when it was released. Not my thing, but I keep getting surprised every time a designer brings it up
Jalopnik is a pretty crappy blog (part of the gawker empire) but even they consider it a future classic.
