Yes. Note that Rover Parts also has oil change kits - I use their 5W-20 kit, though it includes a quart more than I need as it’s for a Land Rover.

I would make sure you need 0w-20 vs 5w-20. There's an engine split around 14-15 when they switched to 0w-20. Check your cap first.

 

5w20 is fine just make sure you do an oil change every 3000mile all will be well

 

That’s a bit of overkill. I have each batch of used oil analyzed. Well over 1/2 of the additive package is still intact, viscosity is still as original, and the metals are well within tolerance at 8000 miles. Heavy track use should dictate more frequent oil changes, but oil changes at 6-8000 miles are safe for aggressive street use.
