Default Ordering an SVR

My local dealership is getting an initial allocation of two F-Type SVRs and I am working with them to get one ordered to my spec. It would be replacing a Firesand V8S, and joining a blue RRS SVR in my garage.

That Ultra Blue is gorgeous and is calling out to me. Anyone have any thoughts about the premium tan interior (vs. the standard black one)? It might be beautiful with that blue.

It's going to be a long 4-5 months waiting for this thing to arrive.

Any chance we can see some photos of the RRS SVR?

The Black with Blue trim and stitching on the build site would look great with the Blue exterior.

That's what I will be ordering , ultra blue, with black and blue stitching, carbon fibre roof, exterior accents and interior.

Yeah, I too am going to go for the blue stitching/piping.

I just wish there was a way to eliminate all traces of suede. I can't find an option that replaces the suede "upper facia" (e.g. area above the glove compartment) with leather while still keeping one of the standard interiors.

Also too bad about the lack of a flat-bottom steering wheel. And it seems like maybe there's no heads-up display? (Not sure if any F-Types have that, but my RRS SVR does.)

Was planning on trading it in, though I haven't thought about it in any detail -- I will have 4-5 months to do so!

Wow, that's a beautiful color. Like the black trim. Set of nicely paired vehicles! Have you raced them against each other ? Thanks.

Here's a race between the RR SVR and the R AWD. Of cousre, it's not his cars but this result is probably in the ballpark.

I think Ultra-Blue and Ivory would be fantastic. But Ultra-Blue and Tan would look great too.

What percentage of Range Rovers are ever used off-road? 2%?

Understood! But that begs the next question.

Person in my track club drives SRT8 Grand Cherokee. While I believe the car is too heavy and too tall, he is doing just fine with it.

I live near a Land Rover Experience driving area. Driving in the opposite direction to 20+ LR and RR models on the way to the office is a frequent experience.

An SVR RR is - depending on your point of view - either a celebration of the fact that you can not only afford it, but you can afford not to take it seriously, or making up for something...
