Pcv valve replacement
There is not much clearance to remove the PCV valve diaphragm, but it looks possible. Does anyone know if anything needs to be removed before I start the project? I just do not want to get the diaphragm popped off only to find out I would be unable to install the new one. I have the V8 model with two PVC diaphragms next to each other.
They come out without removing the supercharger, but it's tight. You will have to break the clips off the old one and rotate it out usually, the new one you will have to stack the spring/diaphragm carefully and line it all up in the slot, then I usually use a screwdriver or trim tool to push it down gently to latch all the tabs, one at a time.
